Arrangements for local hospitality to all participants (contestants, team leaders, observers) will be done from Saturday, October 16 (day of the official arrival) to Sunday, October 24 (day of the departure).

Accommodation for extra days (if necessary) is possible two days before October 16 and two days after October 24.
